Intake/Service Coordination

The intake service will be the first point of contact for people wanting to access community health services. Individuals will be asked a range of questions which will assist to determine the appropriate services that are required. All our Intake workers are all qualified practitioners and come from a variety of backgrounds including Welfare, Social Work, Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing. |
Counselling

The Counselling Team provide support and practical solutions for individuals dealing with a range of personal and social issues. |
Health Promotion

The Health Promotion team are responsible for identifying opportunities to develop new programs and activities that encourage the community to participate in activities that have a positive impact on their health and wellbeing. Health Promotion is a holistic approach that can impact mind, body and community. |
Family Services
|
The Family Services team provides a range of in-home and counselling services to children and their families. A specialised paediatric team can provide speech pathology, dietetic and occupational therapy services to younger children |
