Lesley-Anne Sleep - President
Commenced: 1997
Lesley-Anne has 37 years commercial accounting experience including 8 years teaching at Monash University. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Wallara Australia Ltd, a disability service in Dandenong. Her qualifications include a BBus. and an MBA (Monash). She is a CPA, a registered tax agent and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
She became interested in adolescent health issues when teaching at Monash and is excited and challenged to be part of the continual development and growth of full health services for the community in Knox. Married with 4 children, Lesley-Anne’s spare time is invested in her family and her church commitments.

Dirk Ebert - Secretary
Commenced: 1995
Dirk is a General Practitioner (G.P.). He has completed his MBBS and BSc and has also been a past board member of KDGP. Commencing with the Board of Management in 1998, he currently holds the position of Vice Chair.
Dirk is a member of the Moonah Links Golf Club, VRC, AFL and the Knox Division of General Practice and has an interest in diabetes and asthma.
Lisa Chan - Board Member

Lisa Chan joined the Board in April 2007 because she is passionate about community participation and development and was impressed by the work and potential of KCHS. She believes that community-based health services have a vital and innovative role to play in the overall health care system and has a particular interest in services that support families and the disadvantaged.
Lisa has a background in law, community engagement and land administration reform for sustainable development. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and a PhD in Engineering. She is married and a full-time mum to two young children.

Peter Hill - Vice President
Commenced: 2007
Peter is a Computer Consultant who specialises in infrastructure development and support. He is married with two daughters and commenced with the Board of Management in 2007. Peter has been involved in community activities through Knox Little Athletics and his local church. He is passionate about contributing to the continued growth and quality of services provided by KCHS.
Teresa Zerella - Board Member

Teresa Zerella is the Manager of the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria, Department of Justice. Teresa has a background in Community Development and has been with the Centre since its inception as a community based program in 1987. She has lived in Ferntree Gully for over 35 years.

Mandi Hyland - Board Member

After 20 years in legal practice, Mandi has worked as CEO of Knox Community Volunteers managing programs for social services for aged and frail residents of Knox and the Yarra Ranges and as a volunteer resource centre for community organisations in Knox and for volunteers seeking placements.
Her qualifications are: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Jurisprudence, Past President Rotary Club of Knox
